When I was notified, I smiled for a moment and then it was over.
I didn’t feel any different.
My life hadn’t changed.

It’s an important realisation to have before going after a milestone/goal.
Because otherwise you could find yourself pursuing something and dedicating your life to something that will never bring you what you expect it to bring you.
