Julie Siddiqi is a community activist known for her efforts to ensure Muslim women have an active role in society. She was previously listed in the Times Newspaper’s 100 Most Influential Muslim Women in the UK and is a regular voice on BBC Radio 4’s Thought For The Day.

In this interview, Julie discusses her journey to Islam; how Muslim converts need to be supported; women and mosques…and the song that makes her cry!
