Are you getting bored doing the same training program for a month or even longer and have stopped seeing results? You probably think it may be time to change things up. But that's not exactly the right thing to do.

In this episode, Andy talks about why people change things up, why it's not a wise move and the better solution. If there's one thing you must do, be more methodical and laser-focused in your approach. Stick to movements that work for you until you extract the maximum progress over time. Then, you can swap one activity at a time. Finally, focus on your long-term goal.

Listen if you want to know how to overcome this feeling of boredom and discover a better option instead of changing things up indiscriminately.

“If the result is not the thing that is the most important to you, swap everything you like, do what you want, I don't care. But what I see from people who swap things is a complete lack of consistency in the training.”

– Andy Naylor
