Today we are very excited to be hosting two special guests from the Perth Heat professional Baseball Club. They are the CEO, Steve Nelkovski, and the Chief Bitcoin Office, Patrick O'Sullivan. The Perth Heat are the very first professional sports team to operate on the Bitcoin Standard. This means they pay players and staff in Bitcoin, accept Bitcoin payments for sponsorships, merchandise, and ballpark concessions, and Hodl Bitcoin on the club’s balance sheet.
Steve explains,
