In this episode of The Pesce & Lanzillotta Team Podcast, we discuss a recent transaction we had where solar panels were a real problem for our seller. When we started this podcast, we would have never thought we'd be discussing a subject like this as its probably the most boring thing anyone could spend time listening to. However, this recent issue with our seller made it very clear to us that some consumers don't understand what they're getting into when it comes to signing a lease for solar panels. With that said, we discuss the pitfalls involved with signing a solar panel lease - and how it can be both a good and bad decision.
