This week, what we're throwing down on the Table is an in-depth discussion and interview with Harrison Grimm from LibertyBallers.com about whether or not this Philadelphia 76'ers team can truly be a contender in the Eastern Conference given what we've seen thus far early this season. Injuries and other issues continue to give this team challenges, but there's also some key development happening as well. We'll get into it this week with Harrison!
But first, we discussed the possibilities of this Eagles team going to the playoffs. Do we even want to see that happen? (approx. 8:30)
We then pivoted to a discussion about NFL officiating this season and whether or not anything can or should be done to increase accountability in the NFL officiating ranks. (approx. 20:50)
From there, we discussed the possibility of top-tier free agents coming to the Phillies during this offseason. Do free agents even want to come to Philly these days? (approx. 31:20)
We then brought back our "Up or Down" segment. Are the following trending up or down: the Eagles offensive line and Tobias Harris as a leader on this Sixers team. (approx. 46:45)
What we threw down on the Table was a great discussion with Harrison Grimm about how this Sixers team looks early this season, and if they can be contenders in the East. What's this team's identity? Tyrese Maxey is developing nicely during his sophomore season, Andre Drummond's role in Joel Embiid's absence, and who needs to step it up.
