What do you know about individuals with disabilities? Are we all the same, do we have all the same experiences? In today’s podcast, we will be discussing the topic of acquiring disabilities through the war as we commemorate the soldiers who have lost and who have fought for us. War devastates many parts of our society and can leave many individuals with a disability. As 3 #MuslimWomen with disabilities, we discussed our experience with disability and how this may be different for those who acquire a disability because of horrible things like war.
