Our guests are Avneet Singh and Randy Shrewsberry who together feel that “Demilitarizing the Police,” is the smart way to go. That is not defunding, disbanding, or in anyway doing away with police in this country.
Singh is the founder of the Los Angeles based the “Voice of Mankind.” It is a non-profit Think Tank working to influence public opinion on issues that affect us all. We are here to make sense of this changing world.
As for Shrewsberry he is a former police officer, Crash Reconstruction Investigator as well as a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator. Mr. Shrewsberry has spent nearly 30 years in both the public and private sector criminal justice field.
He has been a lecturer on criminal justice matters and has been admitted as an expert on several occasions in the State of California, State of South Carolina and the State of Indiana in Criminal and Civil court. His most recent work has received national attention including cited at The New York Daily News, The Washington Post, NBCSports, USAToday, and more.
He is the founder of he Institute for Criminal Justice Training Reform exists to save lives and reduce injury among the public and the police by reforming the deeply-flawed, inadequate, and antiquated training models, policies, procedures, and legislative standards for employees in the United States' Criminal Justice Reform.
