About Tasha Rosales:

Tasha is the creator of her wellness business, Wellness Homemade and her program Informed Eating Academy - where she helps moms find their balance, gain energy and take back their life with simple nutritional changes, mindset and accountability. After helping friends and family with what she knew, she decided to become a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Nutrition Coach so she could pursue her passion in health and pass her knowledge on to others. She is so glad she can now teach others how to make healthy eating easy and fun without restrictions or diet mentality. Tasha loves motivating and encouraging my clients to lead a healthier lifestyle.
