I still remember the first investment property I ever bought. I was 24.

I spent 6 months learning everything I could about the market. I spent another 3 months obsessing about which property to buy.

And after 9 months I finally got the courage to buy and I made every mistake in the book. I bought a small unit, in a massive complex, on a main road, with a bad strata manager.
