Amy shares such wisdom about the importance of Lent; how it's not so much about your own self-discipline but rather about releasing control over all.the.things and drawing near to Jesus. This interview is a great listen as you prepare your heart for Ash Wednesday and to really think about what you want to "give up" or "take on" this Lenten season. Amy's advice about the posture of our hearts is truly profound and I enjoyed listening to her viewpoint about God's character and love for us.
