ESPN Senior Baseball Writer/Reporter Buster Olney and Rich discuss the Yankees’ historic offensive woes and a possible shot in the arm in the form of a big trade for a big bat, why Major League Baseball will soon launch an aggressive “war on substances” against pitchers doctoring balls, and how umpires will go about policing MLB’s initiative to enforce existing rules on cheating.

Rich wraps up the hour trying to wrap his head around the logistics of umpires being asked to police pitchers possibly cheating on the mound with foreign substances, and if players of a certain caliber will be treated differently from the average MLB pitcher.
