As said by Brandon Day, a co-owner of this week’s guest company, Daycos, "What we do is not extraordinary but how we go about doing it is”. On the outside, Daycos is a revenue solutions company that supports transportation service providers, but after speaking with co-owners, Brandon and Tammy Day, we found out there’s a lot more to Daycos than meets the eye.
By placing community involvement efforts into the hands of their employees, Daycos has created an enthralling business model that motivates all. After becoming Nebraska’s 2nd certified B-corporation back in 2016, Daycos has produced programs like Daycos4good to inspire employees and community members to be intentional and “do more good”.
