Jeff Peckman is Director of the EXTRA Campaign ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission in Denver, Colorado. His initiative was certified Nov. 30 for the August 2010 election in Denver. Jeff's innovative ballot initiatives have attracted national and international media attention. He also writes a top-ranked column for Examiner.com as the Denver UFO Examiner.
