They tell us how they went from being hard-core non-vegetarians to pure vegetarians and then slowly transitioning to Veganism; and how this laid the foundation for Imagine Meats- a plant based meat venture that gives the same taste and nutrition as conventional meat but with zero cholesterol and lesser environmental impact.
