Today on Tony on the Mic, I sit down with the alphabet kids – that’s what I’m calling them. I’m trying to make it a thing. No, Not ABCDEFG, but LGBTQIA+?. I sit with a trans-bisexual and an asexual/pansexual/demisexual. I try to understand, and they try to be patient with this boomer. We talk about labels, are there enough? Are there too many? We talk definitions. We talk about their journey. Also, the difference between sexuality and gender, Asexual versus Demisexual vs pansexual… It was a lot to digest in one sitting, I thank my guests for letting me ask anything and everything that was on my mind. I have a million more questions, so we will have to reschedule, but this was a great jumping off point for me into the new world of gender fluidity and sexuality. You don’t have to accept the philosophy or condone or anything, but the underlying theme is just be cool and let people be people. More conversations will only lead to better understanding.
