"Sour Ex-Girlfriend"

• 1 Egg White
• 1 ½ oz Tequila
• 1 oz Fresh Clementine Juice
• 1 Yellow Peach
• ⅓ oz Lemon Juice
• ⅔ oz Hibiscus Simple Syrup
• 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

1. Coat the interior of coup glass with hibiscus syrup and chill.
2. In a shaker, muddle peach the peach to a pulp
3. Add the remaining ingredients to the shaker and dry shake for 15 seconds
4. Add ice to the shaker and shake until tin is cold to the touch
5. Strain into chilled coupe glass and add bitters
6. Garnish with thin peach slice drizzled with hibiscus syrup
