UFN (African-Centered) Book Club's Zoom Meeting 02/28/2021 - Chapter: Introduction, Part 2
At the second meeting, we went through several things:
- We discussed the Introduction of Yurugu. It laid out the premise of the book.
- We reviewed some definitions of words. We talked about how its language relates to the overall theme of the book. (there will be further discussions.)
- Briefly view the charts.
- We discussed ways how the book relates to "reality."
We came to an agreement that we will read the first five sections in chapter 1. I wish to give thanks to the Bacchus Family for their delivery of libations. (awesome)
Again, we will be reading African-Centered books. Our first book will be: "Yurugu: An African-Centered Critique of European Cultural Thought and Behavior" The discussions are via Zoom. You can DM or email (contact@unitedfrontnetwork.com) me if you are interested.
