Second: We have a God-given need for a relationship with other people RELATIONSHIP IS A CORE NEED CHRONIC LONELINESS IS AN EPIDEMIC IN OUR COUNTRY 46% OF AMERICANS SOMETIMES OR ALWAYS FEEL ALONE 43% OF AMERICANS SOMETIMES OR ALWAYS FEEL THAT THEIR RELATIONSHIPS ARE NOT MEANINGFUL LONELINESS INCREASES THE RISK OF DEATH BY 30%-60% WE ARE DEPRIVING OURSELVES OF A GOD GIVEN NEED FOR RELATIONAL CONNECTION
