  • Marc Batac works for Initiatives for International Dialogue in Manila and is co-author of our report on counter-terrorism ‘An explosive cocktail – Counter-terrorism, militarisation and authoritarianism in the Philippines’.
  • Sharif Mohy El Deen is an expert on security issues in the Middle East and North Africa region.
  • Dr Rim Turkmani is a research fellow working on conflict issues at the London School of Economics, and Director of the Syria Conflict Research Programme.
