What The Fartlek celebrates its 4th birthday this week but the milestone is overshadowed ever so slightly by Parkrun hitting the big 20. We look back on 2 decades of Saturday morning 5ks with a special episode.
Rob is joined by author Lucy Waterlow to talk about her new book, just released in conjunction with the festivities 'The Ultimate Guide to Parkrun' - available now. Plus we recount some of our favourite memories and Ben and Emma are here not only to talk about where theyve been this week but also to drop some fun parkrun facts on you
But thats not all - Jack is back with the Elite Corner, we look back at pacing in Humberside and we have a roll call and a good news story (of sorts).
