Thanks for joining us for another episode of... THAT! AIN'T! RIGHT! This week, Bradd found a citizen reporting website whose aim seems to basically push the limits of local law enforcement to see if the rights of the public are actually applicable in practice. He's all for keeping a watchful journalistic eye, but something about this approach made him say "that ain't right." Brandon chimes in on the recent footage of a school resource officer throwing an uncooperative student out of her desk and to the ground. As we've come to expect from Brandon, he's got a bit of an "against the grain" opinion and he'll tell us just what about this whole situation he thinks ain't right. Breanna's shocked at the narrow margin with which the local push to raise minimum wage to $15/hour was defeated. She'll break down some basic economics for us as we discuss wages, local bond issues, and the US Debt Clock. Finally... Sometimes when you're walking through Freeport and you walk by a hot dog stand, and you get the smell....and it smells really good, and you want a hot dog....you can get cancer?!? Breanna knows the hot dogs are gross but now they evidently give us more diseases than previously thought. We'll listen to her thoughts on the fact that there has been a startling amount of human DNA found in hot dogs and the WHO's revelation that processed meat and red meat are likely to give us all cancer. Let us know what YOU think ain't right, folks! Email us at wgnpodcast@gmail.com and leave us a review on the iTunes podcast store. We can't wait to hear from you!
