Niching down in your law practice. Niche has now become a business buzzword, but what does it really mean in the context of a law firm?

Is it better to focus on fewer clients rather than try and serve every client in your market? Should we keep doing everything that we do today, or should we cut out non-essential areas to spend our time and money improving our core area?

In this video, Nermin shares how niching down in your law firm makes it stand out from all other generalist law firms.

It can also mean higher rates and less competition.

It makes your legal practice easier to manage and less bloated.

And the cherry on top: When a client comes in with a specialized case that no one else can handle, they call YOU and they pay YOU more money.
