Mental toughness is one of the important requisities of sporting success. It is of little use if you are tall, well built, strong and skilled: but you give up mentally, unable to bear the pressure and challenges of competition. it was said earlier that mentally tough people were born but the modern day research says- with mental training. they can be made. You can improve on your mental toughness by practicing the suggestions given by experts. But your own life can teach you how to get tough mentally. This episode explores the everyday practices that makes one mentally tough.
