Apolojedi (AKA Matt) and I (Joel Settecase) sit down to talk about the extent of the global flood. We directly respond to Pastor Gavin Ortlund. Dr. Ortlund recently came out with a series of videos purporting that a local (not global) flood is within the bounds of Christian orthodoxy, and Apolojedi had thoughts.

This episode will help you understand one of the most controversial portions of Scripture and prepare yourself to teach it to your family, to discuss it with people in your life, and to comprehend it for yourself.

Specifically, you will learn about:
• Is it wrong to say the flood could have been "local, but not necessarily small?"
• Why does Scripture mention the mountains being covered—and is this compatible with a local flood?
• What is the best way to actually interpret the passages describing the Flood of Noah?
• And much, much more.
