This week's episode is a solo show review of what went down in Zoom Town (Missoula) this past week, beginning with a bonus movie "review" of Southland Tales. There are posts on competing TIFs, their Tax Increment Financing vs. Travis' Impact Fund, and the coming legislative showdown in Helena on Tuesday.
