We are all trying not to loose our minds among the COVID-19 quarantines. With kids home from school, millions of us out of work, and everyone's movements restricted, it’s easy to see why we are slipping into madness.
Just like a virus spreading, negativity can infect everyone in your house. If you make a mind shift change, and look at the current situation like a challenge from a friend, you can create a competitive and positive environment. You can become the best teacher in the world for YOUR kids. No one can teach your kids as well as you can. That is the mindset you need to have.
If you are not a parent, or have kids old enough to look after themselves most of the day, you can get projects done that you always put off because you “don't have time”… That excuse is no longer valid. Set micro goals, and chip away at it. Clean the fridge out, put away things in the garage, fix the lawn mower, etc… Before you know it, the day is over and things are getting done, and you didn’t just sit on the couch, eat an entire bag of Taco flavor Doritos and watch Tiger King all day…not that we would know from personal experience. …
