Today's show features the oldest interview in the DTC collection which was recorded in 2015, but as this is the last episode of the season, we wanted to end with a special interview. The interview in this form has never been heard until now. Today’s guest is often cited as one of the originators of hip-hop as we know it today. Having developed drum sampling for the genre, his unique production style has become synonymous with classic hip hop. We hope you have enjoyed season 1 of DTC and we will be back in the autumn with season 2.
