Green, red, orange, yellow, purple, all the colors of the rainbow! Grilled, steamed, raw, air-fried, sautéed, as long as they are seasoned I am excited to put them in my belly. Last week I talked about hiding your veggies with a slight nod to the idea of seasoning them. This week I want to encourage you to go ahead, make them the “star of your dish” as Bobby Flay would say with some of my go-to seasoning combinations.
Let’s face it, seasoned veggies just taste better. And, when they taste better, you’ll eat more of them. When you eat more veggies, you’ll feel happier and healthier. I like those odds!
