The Bearded Chef explains the nutrients that people are known to require in their bodies. The ones that are needed in relatively large amounts, and the ones that are needed in smaller quantities, type of carbohydrate, dietary fibers etc. Also, how some nutrients can be stored by our body - the fat-soluble vitamins - while others are required more or less continuously.
