In this episode I’m joined by Gene Bernier. We connected on LinkedIn about a year ago and met in person (in the river) on the Cold Plunge Truth! I remembered thinking that this guy has some wisdom to share and an authenticity to him that makes him a humble, impactful coach to leaders.
Gene leaned in with me to address where he is “misaligned” and “out of integrity” with his own message and how he serves his clients.
