In this week’s episode I was joined by a Strength Chat veteran, being a part of the famous Powerlifting Roundtable episodes. This weeks guest was coach, powerlifter, and the new Head of Strength & Conditioning at Oldham Rugby League, Dan Bedford. I’ve known Dan for some time and have know he’s competed to a good level in both rugby league and powerlifting. However, changing from one sport to another isn’t always straightforward. In this episode we chatted about adjusting to both sports, the pros and cons, as well as touching on the misconceptions about being a powerlifter to other sports.
