Adsy first met Ben like many people these days meet their partners, over the internet. Mutual Instagram followers led to a few conversations and eventually a catch up to drink some beers in person. It was during this first catch up that Adsy heard about Ben's exciting plan to go professional, touting his landlord's love of the home brew he was making in their garage.
Hound & Stag has been open since late December of 2022 and has already made a stack of good mates with beers pouring from the taps every day. The venue itself features a massive cold room, abundant seating, 2 custom VIP rooms (one with it's on beer taps and bartender), a stage for musical acts to perform, excellent outdoor space and even more to come! If you're on the Gold Coast, you would have heard of this brewery by now, having been featured in many publications and media appearances.
