Originally from London, England, Pamela Sutton-Legaud now lives in Melbourne, Australia where she is the CEO of Homeward Bound, a global leadership initiative for women with a STEMM background. Her career has centered around supporting the lives of women and children and threatened species and their habitats around the world.

Prior to Homeward Bound, Pamela was the Principal Consultant with strategic planning consultancy, AskRIGHT. She holds an MBA and was recognized as a Victorian Telstra Business award winner (Community & Government) in 2006 for her work with Plan International and the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. She’s the author of The Fundraiser’s Handbook, a strategic tool for fundraisers.

When she’s not working, Pamela is a keen birdwatcher and photographer. She also collects and studies antique jewelry.
