TOPUCU is an acronym that stands for, “the only person you cheat is you“. When it comes to the area of personal development and playing this game called life, there is a universal question, how do you get yourself to do what you don’t want to do, in order to become who you want to become. The answer has always been the same, two words, self-discipline. Whoever can learn to control their decisions and choices has a chance to win this game. Here’s the problem, when it comes to transformation most people only use steps two and three of the transformation process. You’re familiar with this, think of a New Year’s resolution. It’s usually an emotional event regarding work, school, getting in shape, stopping a bad habit or something else. That emotional event is followed by an action, studying harder, going to the gym, quit smoking and the list goes on. But, as we all know most of those resolutions don’t last very long. Why, because they don’t contain the first element in transformation, changing the way you think.

Lasting transformation has always been a three-step process, change the way you think, then change the way you feel and finally change the way you act. TOPUCU is the thinking component in transformation. TOPUCU is the beginning, not the end. It is the warm-up and stretch before you do the heavy lifting at the gym. It is the primer on new drywall which makes the paint stick. It is a catalyst or pre-requisite. Whatever analogy you want to use, it is a system that makes other programs work better. In the following eight videos you’ll learn the three components of a habit, five tools to control a habit and one tool to stay committed to your transformation. Finally, you will learn how to write a mission statement, which is a declaration of who you want to become. Then, you will learn how to write goals which are the action steps you will take to become the person of your mission statement. We hope that you will use TOPUCU, the only person you cheat is you, as a tool to change your thinking and help you become the person you want to become.
