In her own words on the 'Women in Rugby League' website, Julia Lee says "she's an ordinary person". When you hear this episode of Great British Bosses from Anything but Footy, the work she's done over the years, and continues to do, you'll agree she's extraordinary.

Like a lot of team sports, the role of women and the history of the growth of the game has been hidden and undervalued, something Julia doesn't accept and is determined to put right, and one example is the ‘Life with the Lioness’s’ project which shines a light on untold stories and experiences of those women who represented Great Britain between 1996 and 2003.
