Today on the show Sheila Tam shared her years of knowledge about Essential Oils! Sheila is a licensed massage therapist, registered yoga teacher and certified French aromatherapist through the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies. She’s spent the past seven years helping her clients achieve optimal health in their bodies. As a mother of three, she recognized a growing number of both teens and parents dealing with stress/anxiety and became intrigued four years ago with the study and use of essential oils. Finding a path to every day wellness through essential oils is Sheila’s passion and she continues to pursue continuing education to help both her online resource group & clients achieve results in all areas of their lives.
