Over the course of 3 years I conducted an experiment to identify and reconcile my conflicting biases using a method I now call Trinity.
It involved disentangling my thoughts from my emotions and my impulses and allowing each aspect to take turns dominating and controling the other two so that I could come to fully understand the fundamental pillars of my nature.
This podcast is largely devoted to sharing the revelations I uncovered through this period of profoundly deep introspection. Enjoy!
