Investing in personal development should lead to progress. Former Ajax midfielder and Dutch international De Zeeuw wants to use his platforms to change the footballing world for the better. "Now, we also think it's time to address social issues, such as racism and the role of transgender and gay people in football. With that, we really want to give back to the football world."

Heitinga, who has completed his UEFA Pro License, is looking to develop himself further as a trainer. "The only think I ask of Ajax now is how I can develop further as a coach. What can I do better? And how can I develop my football vision?"
