Food Circle Supermarket is an online surplus food retailer, specialising in healthy and high protein snacks for people who like to live healthy for less while helping to reduce food waste. The co-founders, Paul Simpson and James Barthorpe, started the company in 2018 and have sold hundreds of thousands of items that may have otherwise gone to waste, to customers across the UK.
