About Harmony:
Harmony is a Certified Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. She is one of less than 20 women in the world to hold this honour. Harmony is also a National Board Certified Wellness Coach in both the Quantum Coaching Method and Mastery Coaching Method.
She first travelled to East Asia in 2022 to study Buddhism, after completing two degrees in Philosophy and Religious Studies. In 2004, she began a life-long love affair with India, spending the next 15 years living there for extended periods of time immerse in Yoga practice, Vipassana meditation, Ayurveda, and Eastern Philosophy. For 25 years Harmony's been sharing embodiment practices and mindfulness to enhance well-being and support spiritual integration.
Harmony's taught workshops in over 30 different countries. She's focused on supporting conscious leaders in eliminate midlife burnout, increasing their vital life energy, so they can create a life + business they love.
