The Brew Baron Beer Company is one of the newest additions to the Brisbane beer scene, having taken over the former brew site/venue of Parched Brewing earlier in 2023. The head brewer, Matt, managed to squeeze a chat with Adsy and Joel into his busy schedule, between making beers for the locals, and teaching the next generation of brewers at TAFE Queensland. We're glad he did, as the beers, venue, and banter, were all inviting!
