Adsy and Joel go for a tour with head brewer Becky, of this cool little brewery, that squeezes itself into the lower level of this corporate location. From dealing with the challenges of operating a brand new brewery in such a unique location, to finding her feet as a head brewer, and travelling to Australia all the way from New York to ultimately start this journey, it's a chat worth tuning into.
