This podcast features a talk given by Elaine Arnold at the 2010 BAATN conference in London. Elaine Arnold has worked with black families in various contexts for many years as a social worker specialising in Psychiatric Social Work and Child Guidance, as Director of Training at Nafsiyat, as a member of Action For Children's Black Families Adoption Panel and in 1999 founded the Separation Reunion Forum which aims to raise awareness of the effects of broken attachments, separation and loss on Caribbean people.
