I sit down with Mark and talk about his new circuit and what he wants it to be for anglers on the West Coast. He shares tournament dates, Format ideas, Angler qualification ideas and just how he sees the tournaments going. It is a very interesting way that he is approaching this event coming from such a great career as an Angler.
