I speak with a mentor and her mentee. We learn a bit about their relationship, how it grew, and what it means to both of them. I don't think there is too much to unpack on what they speak about. It is honest and open and in my opinion what we all are working toward when we look at the mentor/mentee relationship. Thank you Jess and Julian for taking the time to share your relationship with us and hopefully people get a lot out of hearing you share your story.
