Oof...when we think of "people pleasing" or "energy vampires" it can bring up so many negative connotations. It can trigger us and make us want to not look or to hide or to turn away. What we don't realize is that when we lean into those feelings, that this is where the magic is.
When we have the ability to look at what our actions are and what would happen if we changed them.
