I would love to share with you an experience that I had a couple of years ago that provided me with a great learning moment. It was on a retreat that I had organised and we had booked a range of personal chefs on the retreat. One of the chefs was very stressed and it impacted the retreat. So let me walk you through the lessons learned from this experience and what we can learn from it about customer service skills.
