Today THE Island Boyz (aka Cody and Dan) are going #beyondFLG with Laurel Morales. Laurel is the founder and host of the 2Lives Podcast. Prior to starting 2Lives, Laurel was a Senior Field Correspondent for KJZZ, Fronteras, and a Freelance Journalist for NPR. Laurel has lived in FLG for about 20 years and she can be found on the infamous Lost Burrito Trail on the Dry Lake Hills, doing yoga, or having Sushi with her daughters at Karma Sushi Bar when she is not in her closet recording and producing new episodes of 2Lives. In this episode, Laurel discusses her experience as a journalist, secondhand exposure to trauma and what led to starting the 2Lives podcast.
