We ran across an article that touted the “8 Best Ways to Find Off-Market Properties”, which are:
#1) Team up with a good real estate agent or broker
#2) Hunt for properties ONLINE
#3) Driving for dollars
#4) Create a direct marketing campaign
#5) Network with real estate investors
#6) Build relationships with contractors and builders
#7) Search public records
#8) Attend live auctions
Some good ideas here, so we did a deeper dive into each of the methods and included some personal insights and examples of how we’ve been utilizing many of these strategies (plus, we threw in a couple more bonus strategies as well!)…
